Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering (or a related field), project management, general business management, or other relevant field.
In the absence of a Bachelor/Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years can be accepted.
Proficiency in English.
Experience
7 years of experience in the field of project management, business analysis, or business support.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile approaches.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.
Sensitivity to working in a political environment and to interacting with senior leadership.

Tasks
Management of the implementation of projects and individual (maintenance) tickets.
Analysis and documentation of existing business rules implemented into the Front Office Lending Application (Serapis, Iris, etc.).
Analysis and documentation of user requirements for new IT developments and if applicable the underlying reporting requirements.
Creation of the required project documentation (business case, planning, detailed requirements, test case document, etc.).
Software testing of the Front Office Lending Application (Serapis, Iris, etc.) and the impacted downstream systems.
Provide front-line support to and solve end-users’ issues.
