Tasks
Entry, updating and administrative follow-up in ServiceNow of inventory sheets for all IT equipment (installed, lost, stolen or damaged).
Receipt and recording of deliveries of new equipment.
Management of physical flows (inputs/outputs) in the Zenith building’s storage spaces.
Monitoring and control of stocks available at suppliers.
Supervision of decommissioning, destruction or donation of obsolete or decommissioned equipment, in compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
Production and regular distribution of inventory and activity monitoring reports for management.
Expected skills
Operational proficiency in ServiceNow, including IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.
Operational proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of IT asset management processes (lifecycle management).
Administrative rigor and ability to work in interface with various interlocutors (logistics, security, purchasing, IT department).
Autonomy, organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
Inventory updated in ServiceNow.
Monthly dashboard of stock movements and anomalies.
