We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to drive the definition, implementation, and governance of tool and platform strategies in partnership with digital, process, and service teams.

  • The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on modern digital solutions such as AI/GenAI, Service Management, and Reporting platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the tool/platform strategy in collaboration with digital teams, process leads, and service owners.
  • Own the lifecycle management and performance monitoring of assigned tools and platforms.
  • Provide guidance and support on solution design and feature adoption, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects, ensuring timely and value-driven delivery.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage project activities.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, especially during Agile sprint cycles.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business cases, and identify areas for process improvement.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business organization and project delivery, ideally with a background in engineering, architecture, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated success implementing solutions across AI/GenAI, Service Management, and Reporting platforms.
