We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to support business planning, investment reporting, and financial modeling activities across our organization.
- This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure the effective management of corporate finance projects both ordinary and subsidized within dynamic market environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and structure business plans for corporate finance initiatives, with a focus on the financial markets.
- Conduct economic and financial analysis, develop projections, and prepare supporting presentations and reports.
- Manage reporting activities related to investment projects and initiatives funded through public or subsidized programs.
- Assist in building financial forecasts for group companies and update banking financial models in alignment with financing strategies.
- Collaborate with Management Control to construct and verify covenants linked to financing agreements.
- Ensure financial documentation aligns with internal strategies and external requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, with a focus on corporate finance, ideally in a banking institution, consulting firm, or financial boutique.
