We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Engineer to manage and optimize the performance of GMP-compliant utility systems, including water systems, HVAC, and associated automation (BMS & EMS).
- This role focuses on ensuring asset reliability, supporting engineering projects, and maintaining full regulatory compliance in a highly regulated (pharmaceutical) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management: Oversee GMP utility systems (WDI/WFI, HVAC, BMS & EMS) to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Investment Planning: Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop long-term CAPEX plans; support budget planning with input from Business Support Operations (BSO).
- Change Management (MoC): Evaluate the feasibility, impact, and data validity of proposed changes, and participate in design, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure all systems meet GMP compliance standards before going live; provide support during engineering project phases.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure full adherence to GMP, EHS, Finance, and Manufacturing Asset Management standards and protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- HBO (Higher Professional Education) or equivalent level, preferably with a technical focus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical or GMP environment.
