We are looking for a Data Manager with strong project leadership skills and a solid foundation in data ecosystems to drive data initiatives within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing data projects across cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data-related projects across the organization, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate user needs into functional data solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data platforms, including datalakes, data models, and analytics pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to drive continuous improvement and product evolution.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage tasks, progress, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role (Data Manager, Datalake Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager), preferably within a company or consulting firm.
