We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented L1/L2 Support Engineer with strong experience in Android systems to join our technical support team.

  • In this role, you will perform deep technical analysis of system and application logs, support QA and development teams, and contribute to scalable issue resolution and knowledge documentation.
  • Your work will be critical in identifying root causes, resolving incidents, and ensuring high-quality system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth technical analysis of Android system and application logs to identify and isolate root causes of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with QA engineers and Android developers to triage, debug, and resolve defects effectively.
  • Track and analyze recurring incidents to propose sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of findings, including root cause analyses, resolutions, and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to internal documentation resources and knowledge base for L1 support and beyond.
  • Ensure detailed and organized ticketing, including logs, screenshots, videos, and supporting information.
  • Adhere to company ethics, compliance policies, and quality management standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Android QA, technical support, or debugging roles.
