Job Description
You are responsible for managing, leading and implementing projects within your own area of activity, in accordance with the predetermined priorities and objectives with the aim of optimally guiding and realizing the changes and innovations within the organization.
Result areas
- Planning, leading, organizing and following up projects with the aim of realizing them efficiently and qualitatively within the predetermined objectives of time, budget and regulations.
- Developing project plans, being responsible for setting up the necessary studies, technical analyses and concepts.
- Drawing up the project planning and monitoring progress to realize projects efficiently and within budget.
- Leading the implementation, delivery and commissioning of installations/infrastructure/solutions/realisations, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinating activities within projects, determining the required competencies of the project team and managing and supporting the internal and/or external project employees with the aim of carrying out projects (cost-)efficiently and in a high-quality manner.
- Motivating and supporting the project team as well as drawing up and adjusting the project planning.
- Developing and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and reporting on the progress and results of the projects with the aim of optimizing cooperation and promoting acceptance.
- Be responsible for the compilation and up-to-date of the project files, including the documentation and the associated administrative and procedural follow-up, with the aim of having a complete and correct set of inventories, schedules, procedures, guaranteeing the information and complying with the applicable legislation and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining procedures and instructions for systems and/or installations.
- Ensure proper execution and compliance of processes through training and appropriate documentation. To draw up and comply with regulatory provisions (permit documents, technical and safety specifications, etc.).
