As a Data Warehouse Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a modern data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting across the organization.
- Your core duties include the development and optimization of data warehouses and data lakes, as well as designing robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from key systems such as S/4HANA and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern data warehouses and data lakes
- Create, monitor, and optimize ETL routes from various data sources, particularly SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
- Model and structure data to support analytical and reporting needs
- Support departments in building reports and developing scripts to automate recurring tasks
- Act as an internal consultant in data-related projects, advising business units on best practices
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; comparable qualifications with relevant certifications are also accepted
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in business intelligence and data integration
- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing data lakes or data warehouses
