We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong focus on Service Portal development to join our IT Service Management team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing custom portals using ServiceNow widgets, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom Service Portals using ServiceNow widgets, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional Service Portal components
- Build reusable widgets, scripts, and UI components aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Integrate the Service Portal with key ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Catalog
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure intuitive, user-friendly portal design
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness of portal features across devices and browsers
