We are looking for a passionate and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in DevOps and cloud-native technologies to lead and mentor customers through their cloud transformation journeys.
- You will design scalable, resilient, and flexible infrastructures tailored to diverse business needs.
- In this role, you’ll empower customers and internal teams through technical leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning—contributing to architectural decisions, training initiatives, and the adoption of cutting-edge DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support customers through their DevOps transformation, helping them build cloud-native infrastructures and scalable applications
- Design cloud and DevOps architectures that are scalable, resilient, and aligned with specific business requirements
- Deliver workshops, lead community meetups, and write technical blogs to share knowledge and drive innovation
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and architects
- Stay current with the latest DevOps technologies, tools, and best practices; propose innovative solutions for adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues in collaboration with customer teams
- Create and maintain technical training materials for both internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand and address customer needs
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across the organization
- Continuously explore and learn emerging technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the cloud and DevOps space
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and container orchestration
- 3+ years of programming experience with languages such as Python, Go, or other modern languages
