We are seeking a Lead Web Designer to guide our web design team and drive the visual quality and user experience of our digital products.
- This leadership role requires a strong design portfolio, excellent UX/UI expertise, and a proactive approach to team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will manage projects, develop design systems, and ensure consistency across all web interfaces, while mentoring your team and fostering a high-performance design culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the web design team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, tracking deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables
- Design and develop compelling web interfaces and visual assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, dashboards)
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, guidelines, and reusable visual components
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and marketing teams to align visual design with business goals
- Ensure visual quality, consistency, and usability across all company web products
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, resolving challenges and motivating designers
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior and mid-level designers
- Present design solutions effectively to stakeholders, adapting to feedback and evolving requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful web design projects, including websites, web interfaces, and landing pages
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or Design Team Lead
