We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee and lead the accounting and financial operations of our organization.
- This role involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing internal and external financial reporting, supporting strategic financial planning, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the accurate maintenance of accounts, internal balance sheets, and tax declarations (VAT, STATEC, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors, banks, tax authorities, and the Group Finance Department
- Develop, implement, and monitor the 5-year strategic financial plan, including investment files and profitability analysis
- Manage site contracts and contribute to the purchasing strategy
- Oversee accounting operations, including inventory management, cost monitoring, and fixed asset tracking
- Ensure compliance with LuxGAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Accounting or finance qualification, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the industrial sector
