We are looking for a proactive and organized Operational Project Assistant to support service operations and project teams in executing daily activities, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and communication across departments.

  • The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, track project timelines, and help improve the efficiency of service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers and service teams in planning, executing, and closing service-related projects.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for contracts, billing, and service agreements.
  • Maintain records in project and service management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, MS Project).
  • Support internal communication by drafting memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in audits, quality reviews, or performance evaluations when needed.
