Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Risk Manager – Service to identify, assess, and manage operational risks across our service delivery functions.

  • This role involves implementing risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and enhancing the resilience of service operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor risks related to service operations, including performance, compliance, and customer impact.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and operational risk controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, root cause analyses, and incident investigations.
  • Drive training and awareness initiatives related to operational risk in service teams.
  • Support internal and external audits and risk assessments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably in a service-driven or operational environment.
