We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead functional analysis, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes and will play a key role in aligning system capabilities with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis to align Dynamics 365 functionalities with organizational needs
- Provide expert functional guidance, conduct end-user training sessions, and support change management
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment to ensure continuous operations
- Collaborate with technical consultants, business users, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
