Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support the development and enhancement of our Fine Platform a system responsible for managing penalties, transactional compliance, and financial enforcement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and the development team.
- Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements related to the Fine Platform.
- Understand regulatory, legal, and financial frameworks that impact fines, penalties, or sanctions management.
- Model business processes, define data flows, and identify areas for automation or optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
