We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- This role involves working closely with stakeholders across HR and IT departments to ensure the SuccessFactors modules are configured optimally to meet business needs, drive HR digitalization, and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the system administrator and consultant for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure, support, and optimize various SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business and HR processes.
- Work within agile teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements using Scrum methodology.
- Provide user support, training, and system documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and recommend enhancements.
