Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst (HR Services) to support the optimization and digital transformation of Human Resources processes and systems.
- The role will bridge the gap between HR teams and technical stakeholders, driving initiatives that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, learning, and employee services.
- Translate HR needs into system specifications and ensure alignment with technology and service delivery capabilities.
- Lead or contribute to HR systems implementation and enhancement projects.
- Analyze current HR service delivery models and propose improvements using data-driven insights.
- Support HR self-service portals, knowledge management tools, and case management systems.
