Job Description

As a Customer Engagement / Enterprise Data Architect – Service, you will play a dual role focused on enhancing customer interaction and driving data-driven service architecture.

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while designing and governing the enterprise data infrastructure to support digital services and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to enhance service offerings and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, IT) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Lead the integration of data from various customer touchpoints into unified platforms.
  • Define data models, flows, and standards in alignment with service KPIs and business goals.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, compliance, and security across systems.
