We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent Change Manager to lead and support digital transformation initiatives across development, DevOps, and infrastructure domains.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change strategies aligned with Agile frameworks, cloud adoption, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts across digital projects involving Java and JavaScript frameworks.
- Support and guide adoption of DevOps tools and practices including Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and GitLab CI.
- Drive cloud transformation strategies on AWS and GCP, leveraging Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ensure alignment with delivery teams.
- Champion responsible digital practices, including digital accessibility and sustainability standards.
