As an Atlassian Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions using Atlassian products such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- You will guide customers through best practices, provide hands-on administration, and support system integration or ITSM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis with customers.
- Maintain effective customer relationship management and regular communication.
- Administer and configure Atlassian products.
- Provide training and support to end users and administrators on Atlassian tools.
- Participate in agile planning and project management using Scrum methodology.
- Support system integration and ITSM project implementations.
