We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and enhance our financial operations across multiple entities.
- Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for monitoring debtors, supervising the finance team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and optimizing finance-related policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor credit control procedures and debtor accounts, providing regular reports to the Group CFO and senior leadership.
- Supervise and support accounts staff in managing daily cash settlements and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with group policies, accounting standards, and local fiscal regulations.
- Lead and manage the Finance Department team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional finance-related tasks as directed by the CFO.
