We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks across cross-functional teams.
- You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, legal experts, and product teams to ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks and policies
- Collaborate with legal, product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate ethical AI practices
- Monitor and ensure compliance with global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, etc.) and data privacy standards
- Design and implement bias detection and mitigation strategies across AI models and systems
- Define and enforce standards for data privacy, AI transparency, explainability, and model accountability
