The Business Architect Service plays a strategic role in aligning business goals with technology and service delivery. This role is responsible for designing business capabilities, processes, and service models that support the organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the business architecture strategy for service domains (e.g., IT services, customer support, managed services).
- Align business capabilities and service delivery models with enterprise goals and transformation programs.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable service models, processes, and architecture components.
- Collaborate with solution architects, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to ensure consistency across service value chains.
- Analyze existing business processes and service models to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to service delivery and technical implementation.
