Job Description
Support the transformation of the organizational model of an IS department by accompanying structural, human, financial and operational changes. The Change Manager acts as a catalyst for change, ensuring consistency between strategic objectives and operational practices, while fostering stakeholder buy-in.
Objectives:
- Define and implement a change management strategy adapted to the challenges of the department.
- Structure and lead the transformation of processes, roles and tools.
- Strengthen collaboration between IS teams and business lines.
- Supporting teams in the appropriation of new operating methods.
- Monitor the organizational, human and financial impacts of the transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a diagnosis of current practices (processes, tools, governance, culture).
- Develop a roadmap for change (roadmap, milestones, indicators).
- Organize and lead impact analysis, co-construction and feedback workshops.
- Define and implement a communication and training plan.
- Monitor the execution of the transformation plan.
- Produce structured materials adapted to stakeholders (management, technical and business experts).
- Monitor transformation risks.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, Business and PMO departments.
Desired profile:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in change management in IT, organizational or multi-sector contexts (energy, mobility, finance, public sector).
- Certification in coaching or change management is an asset.
- Fluency in French or Dutch, with a good level in the other language and English.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode and interact with multidisciplinary teams.
