Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (7–14 years experience)
You’ll act as a bridge between business and IT, helping to shape and deliver effective solutions related to Retail Banking and Client Management, particularly with attention to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to understand current and future needs
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders in a way that’s clear for both business and IT teams
  • Define acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure solutions meet expectations
  • Design and document business process flows (AS-IS and TO-BE)
  • Communicate with stakeholders to explain changes and the future state
  • Support IT testing efforts and track development progress to ensure quality delivery
