Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Audit existing boards and propose a configuration based on the native template;
- Define standard guidelines and obtain buy-in from teams;
- Implement KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparison) and automate reports;
- Train and coach teams in the reading/production of these reports;
- Conduct change management and evaluate the migration of existing data.
Expected deliverables:
- New documented board model;
- User guides & training videos;
- Out-of-the-box KPI dashboards;
- Validated migration plan and deployment schedule.
Skills & prerequisites:
- Azure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO or equivalent);
- Proven experience in coaching, training and change management;
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps reports (Analytics Views, Power BI);
- Ability to popularize and federate multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN).
