We currently have a vacancy for a Power Platform Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU.
Tasks:
- Assess current use of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365;
- Evaluate business process automation opportunities aligned with client’s transformation goals;
- Identify system integration, access, and governance gaps;
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs for new solutions;
- Design low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse based on existing and upcoming demands;
- Architect integration patterns between Power Platform, Azure services, SharePoint Online, and BI/data tools;
- Define governance models including environments, security, DLP, and ownership;
- Align architecture with DevOps, data governance, and enterprise IT standards;
- Configure environments (dev/test/prod), connectors, and Azure services for Power Platform;
- Lead or support the development and deployment of automation and collaboration solutions;
- Ensure proper integration with Microsoft 365 services and SharePoint Online;
- Facilitate quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support;
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to client’s IT team and business users;
- Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials including Service Desk knowledge base articles;
- Help establish a support model for citizen developers and internal IT staff;
- Recommend enhancements based on solution performance and business feedback.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in IT solution architecture, business process automation, systems integration, or related fields;
- Experience in designing and implementing digital solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure services, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365;
- Experience in implementing and managing low-code/no-code platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly business solutions;
- Experience in working with DevOps practices and tools to support CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and agile delivery models in cloud-based solutions;
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Azure services (AD, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive);
- Experience with SharePoint Online (modern sites, lists, libraries, permissions), IT governance, security, DevOps practices, enterprise architecture and systems integration;
- Understanding of Microsoft’s AI and machine learning offerings, including Azure Services, AI Builder in Power Platform, and integration into process automation is considered a strong asset;
- Experience within the United Nations system or similar international or intergovernmental organizations is considered a strong asset;
- Certification in Power Platform, Azure administration or Microsoft 365 is a strong asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
