Functional Analyst / Team lead (SNS02342)
Job Description
We are looking for a functional analyst/team lead for one of our teams in the “”Amount Services”” area within the ICT development department.
- Profile:
- You will ensure the link between ICT and business by organizing and leading meetings with the various interlocutors involved in your project.
- You collect and analyze the needs of the business (expertise unit and business representatives). You translate them in order to design or improve applications.
- You will work in an agilely managed team and support other team members when they are faced with problems. You will participate in the resolution of incidents quickly, efficiently and sustainably
- You will be required to lead or participate in projects in order to contribute to the achievement of the objectives agreed with the business.
- You write the analyses that will serve as a basis for the development and testing of your application.
- You support other team members when they face problems and participate in the resolution of incidents in a fast, efficient and sustainable way.
- You keep up with developments in analytics, so that your team can react optimally to new development opportunities.
- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree (a degree in computer science, technology, business management, or economics is an asset).
- Experience as a functional analyst or business analyst (at least 5 years) and experience as a team lead (at least 5 years) are recommended.
- Technical skills:
- Agile methodologies: Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Needs assessment in collaboration with key users, and by analysing the existing system.
- Communicate the proposed solution to the team.
- Develop test scenarios in collaboration with the test analyst.
- Be able to read and understand Java code
- Good knowledge of Jira, SQL and XML
- Good basic knowledge of testing
