Job Description

The mission includes:

  • An in-depth diagnosis (inventory, identification of impacts, strategic recommendations);
  • The design of a training system and a deployment plan adapted to the different professions;
  • Coordination and animation of a representative group of 100 employees (MVP group);
  • The implementation of mechanisms to appropriate and support adoption in the field;
  • Active participation in the internal Change Committee;
  • An immediate mobilization, including for weekly trips to Wallonia.
