Job Description
The mission includes:
- An in-depth diagnosis (inventory, identification of impacts, strategic recommendations);
- The design of a training system and a deployment plan adapted to the different professions;
- Coordination and animation of a representative group of 100 employees (MVP group);
- The implementation of mechanisms to appropriate and support adoption in the field;
- Active participation in the internal Change Committee;
- An immediate mobilization, including for weekly trips to Wallonia.
