Job Description
The ERP department manages the development and maintenance of SAP for the entire TEC. He is part of the IT department. The mission of the functional project manager will consist of
- Participate and help define the scope, schedule and budget of the projects for which he/she will be responsible
- Ensure the end-to-end management of projects, from partner selection to transition to run mode, which will include, among others
- The organization and facilitation of meetings, including the steering committees
- Monitoring of project activities and deliverables
- Management of the project’s internal and external communication with internal stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate change management
- Communicate with the IT functional analyst, the business and any service providers
Profile:
- You have at least eight years of experience in SAP functional project management
- You have expertise in the following areas: mainly Logistics (MM) with a good knowledge of Finance (FI), Management Control (CO), Maintenance (PM) and FIORI.
- You know how to manage a project independently
- You position yourself in a support role to help the business to structure itself, define its needs and put it in writing
- You propose a project strategy by defining its scope, the schedule, the sourcing strategy and the budget
- You have a perfect command of French, both oral and written
