Job Description
As part of the IT4 team of the IT department as an Application Manager, you will be in charge of level 2 support:
- Support production trouble tickets
- Follow up on incident management documentation.
- Continuously update and improve resolution procedures.
- Respond to requests from internal users (by email and phone).
- Actively participate in support during periods of high load.
- Continuously improve and industrialize routine processes to take care of increasingly complex support tasks over time.
- Formation: You have a Bac+3 level diploma (minimum) in computer science.
- Experiment: You have a first experience (at least 1 year) in a similar application support role.
