Job Description

As part of the IT4 team of the IT department as an Application Manager, you will be in charge of level 2 support:

  • Support production trouble tickets
  • Follow up on incident management documentation.
  • Continuously update and improve resolution procedures.
  • Respond to requests from internal users (by email and phone).
  • Actively participate in support during periods of high load.
  • Continuously improve and industrialize routine processes to take care of increasingly complex support tasks over time.
  • Formation: You have a Bac+3 level diploma (minimum) in computer science.
  • Experiment: You have a first experience (at least 1 year) in a similar application support role.
