You centralize the audit requests of the Court of Audit.
You coordinate and collect the answers from your colleagues and ensure that they are of good quality and carefully archived.
You manage the monthly and annual reporting of the accounts to the federal government.
You prepare the annual accounts in the format of the federal government’s general accounting plan.
You are the point of contact for all matters related to the accounting plan.
You draw up notes explaining the differences between the statutory accounts and the reporting to the federal government.
You manage the monthly reporting ‘budget versus actual results’ to the federal government.
You validate the additional reports prepared by your colleague before they are sent to the government.
You are responsible for the follow-up and implementation of the recommendations arising from the reports of the Court of Audit.
You are the reference person for coordinating the questions arising from the quality audits.
You will help create manuals for updating procedures within the team and organizing shared spaces and systems.
You also check the periodic report on the performance indicators that is prepared by your colleagues.
You have a good knowledge of the financial field and preferably of auditing thanks to a master’s degree with a financial orientation (finance, accounting, management sciences, etc.). You have, ideally, several years of relevant experience in a similar position.
You are interested in the management of radioactive waste and the social mission of ONDRAF/NIRAS, and are particularly interested in the regulatory aspects of this management (laws, royal decrees, directives, standards, etc.).
You like to organize, follow up proactively and set priorities when necessary.
You like to analyze and synthesize information, and enjoy project management.
You are skilled in drawing up internal procedures and reports.

You like to take initiatives, look for versatility in your work and like to take on challenges.
You have a command of Dutch or French and have a working knowledge of the other national language.
You have a good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) and accounting applications.
