Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a network team, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business and IT infrastructure goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud connectivity across multiple global locations.
• Develop and execute high-level and low-level network designs (HLD/LLD), Bill of Materials (BoMs), and sustenance documents.
• Configure, manage, and optimize firewalls, routers, and switches from vendors like Cisco, SonicWall, Fortigate, and Palo Alto.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to redundancy, security, and high availability.
• Monitor network performance, conduct audits, and optimize systems using tools like Nagios, Qradar, and LibreNMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 20001, TISAX, 9001) and IT governance frameworks like ITIL and Agile, working closely with audit teams.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, IPSec, SSL, IDS, IPS, MACsec, QoS, and firewall policies.
• Plan and execute routine network upgrades, including patches, service packs, automation, and security configurations.
• Work closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize network connectivity solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network processes, incident response, and change management.
