Responsibilities:

 - Develop and execute high-level and low-level network designs (HLD/LLD), Bill of Materials (BoMs), and sustenance documents.
 - Configure, manage, and optimize firewalls, routers, and switches from vendors like Cisco, SonicWall, Fortigate, and Palo Alto.
 - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to redundancy, security, and high availability.
 - Monitor network performance, conduct audits, and optimize systems using tools like Nagios, Qradar, and LibreNMS.
 - Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 20001, TISAX, 9001) and IT governance frameworks like ITIL and Agile, working closely with audit teams.
 - Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, IPSec, SSL, IDS, IPS, MACsec, QoS, and firewall policies.
 - Plan and execute routine network upgrades, including patches, service packs, automation, and security configurations.
