His role involves overseeing large-scale network infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration of Cisco SD-WAN, ACI fabrics, firewalls (Cisco FTD, ASA, Fortinet), and security solutions across global data centers.With hands-on experience in AudioCodes SBC deployment, Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Telepresence), and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, and Splunk, he plays a key role in optimizing and troubleshooting complex network environments. He has successfully led incident response and troubleshooting sessions for global clients, supporting LAN/WAN networks, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), QoS, multicast, and security solutions.Additionally, he has delivered technical training and mentorship for L2-L3 engineers and has worked as an IT Instructor, teaching Cisco courses (CCNA, CCNP, CCVP), Linux, and Microsoft MCSE courses. His experience also includes designing and implementing VPN solutions, enterprise wireless networks, network security frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure.His ability to lead network transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide high-level support for VoIP, video conferencing, and security technologies makes him a well-rounded professional in enterprise IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of Cisco SD-WAN with cloud-hosted controllers.
• Deploy and support AudioCodes SBCs and OVOC servers for enterprise locations worldwide.
• Design and implement Cisco ACI fabric across multiple global data centers.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco FTD, ASA, and Fortinet Fortigate firewalls.
• Implement Cisco ISE for network access control.
• Design and deploy Cisco FirePower 2110 NGFW with Cisco FMC.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Telepresence, Prime Collaboration Assurance).
• Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP issues, including SIP trunking, call routing, and Jabber integration.
• Provide technical support for enterprise voice and video infrastructure, including Cisco VCS C/E, MCU 5320, and TMS.
