Responsibilities:
- Add Major Tasks herLead and manage a test group, ensuring results align with company strategy and expectations.
- Develop and implement cross-divisional testing strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the build-up and upgrade of test environments for electrification products (HV/LV inverters, DC/DC converters, BMS systems).
- Define and communicate the mission, strategy, and goals for the test group.
- Conduct team mentoring, performance evaluations, and hiring processes.
- Participate in local budget planning and track budget execution for the test group.
- Engage in technical discussions with suppliers regarding test equipment acquisitions.
- Oversee the implementation of quality standards in test processes.
- Manage the development of test plans, estimate resource needs, and allocate tasks to team members.
- Ensure the integration of new team members through mentoring and training programs.
- Handle escalations from Quality Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise the execution of testing activities, ensuring timely and quality results.
