• Planning and activating automatic warehouse systems and infrastructure.
• Managing international projects, including cross-border logistics and coordination.
• Driving employee development and change management during digital transformations.
• Providing logistics controlling and key performance indicator (KPI) management.
• Supervising the integration and harmonization of business processes across multiple branches.
• Managing the setup and operation of supply chain management (SCM) systems in international locations.
• Acting as a customs expert, handling import/export processes and managing ATLAS implementations.
• Conducting ERP system and logistics process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Leading teams in the successful implementation of logistics solutions for various industries, including fashion, outdoor equipment, and medical care.
