Job Description
We are seeking two Operations Engineers specializing in dismantling and decontamination (D&D) to support the safe and effective execution of facility decommissioning projects.
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising D&D operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, radiation protection measures, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee dismantling and decontamination operations for contaminated systems, components, and structures.
- Perform radiological and chemical characterization of equipment and materials.
- Prepare and review technical procedures, risk assessments, and work permits.
- Monitor execution of D&D activities to ensure compliance with ALARA principles.
- Supervise subcontractors and internal technical teams during D&D work.
- Report progress, incidents, and KPIs to project leadership and regulatory bodies.
