Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption, enhance collaboration, and improve delivery efficiency across teams.

  • This role will focus on coaching teams in Agile methodologies, refining Agile engineering practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and Agile testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Decompose Requirements: Guide teams in breaking down Epics, Features, and User Stories into actionable tasks, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, testability, and alignment with non-functional requirements.
  • Improve Predictability: Facilitate release and sprint planning, helping teams estimate work accurately to improve delivery consistency.
  • Enhance Agile Engineering Practices: Drive requirements decomposition, Agile testing adoption (TDD, BDD, unit testing), and continuous improvement in Agile development.
  • Support DevOps Transition: Enable close collaboration between Agile and DevOps teams, streamline processes, and reduce manual repetitive activities to accelerate frequent and fast releases.
  • Lead Agile Training & Coaching: Organize and lead Agile training sessions for newcomers, leveraging Agile serious games, Liberating Structures, and interactive techniques to enhance learning.
  • Conduct Ad-Hoc Agile Trainings: Identify team-specific needs and tailor on-demand Agile coaching to improve team agility and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
  • DevOps principles, CI/CD, and automation practices.
  • Agile testing methodologies (TDD, BDD, unit testing).
