We are looking for a skilled and product-driven AI Engineer to help develop and scale AI-driven applications with a strong backend foundation.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers on cutting-edge AI projects, ranging from enhancing our AI coaching solution to leading greenfield initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy AI-powered features and services.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python or Node.js.
- Integrate and optimize LLM-powered applications using APIs from OpenAI, Claude, or similar providers.
- Design, develop, and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of AI features in production.
