Job Description
We are seeking an Atlassian Consultant to support customers in the selection, implementation, and optimization of Atlassian tools within their organizations. This role involves customizing, configuring, and integrating Atlassian solutions, conducting training sessions, managing customer requirements, and developing tailored concepts and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting and implementing Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Provide expert recommendations on optimizing Atlassian solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize Atlassian tools based on client-specific requirements.
- Evaluate and implement extensions and add-ons to enhance functionality.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on Atlassian tools.
- Ensure best practices are followed for seamless adoption.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze and document business requirements.
- Develop tailored concepts and workflows based on organizational needs.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to Atlassian tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their Atlassian environment.
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in administering and consulting on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
- Technical background through education, training, or equivalent experience.
Technical Expertise
- Strong administration skills in Jira, Confluence, and JSM.
- Ability to configure, customize, and extend Atlassian tools.
- Experience in business process automation and digital transformation.
- Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
- Atlassian Certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and workshops.
