Job Description
- Within a specific field of expertise, the position is responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks and/or operating installations within the set quality, safety, and environmental standards, to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in and around BP buildings, installations, etc.

Responsibility and Requirements:
- Performing and planning the assigned complex maintenance tasks and/or operational tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the installations.
- Preparing and carrying out maintenance tasks (e.g. reserving spare parts, making agreements with operations / VEM, coordinating VGW, etc.)
- Drawing up dimension drawings, P&IDs, electrical diagrams, etc.
- Performing operational tasks (e.g. conducting inspection rounds, managing utilities, performing cap tests, etc.).
- Identifying, analyzing, and addressing problems and malfunctions within one’s own field of expertise to prevent or resolve process malfunctions and defects.
- Reporting faults and defects.
- Analyze the problem and make proposals to solve or prevent malfunctions and defects.
- Registering faults and/or alarms and taking appropriate action.
- Participate in working groups within improvement projects to contribute to the continuous improvement process.
- Formulating proposals and possible solutions.
- Carrying out assigned tasks within the given time limit.
- Participate in risk and workstation analyses.
- Participate in the technical installation of projects to contribute to their successful realization.
- Provide input regarding maintainability and ergonomics.
