Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Engineer to join our team and provide expert guidance on complex Microsoft Azure challenges.
- In this role, you will work closely with Azure Consultants and customer engineering teams to deliver innovative, scalable cloud solutions.
- As a primary point of contact for customers, you will proactively address issues and provide strategic advice to optimize their Azure environments.

Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and enhance Azure environments within customer subscriptions.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide strategic and technical advice to clients on Microsoft Azure services.
- Balance planned and unplanned tasks to ensure timely resolution of critical issues while maintaining project deliverables.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their application roadmaps are feasible in the short and long term.
- Stay updated on the latest Azure technologies and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to address customer needs innovatively and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Azure Engineer in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, deployment, and management.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud security, cost optimization, and high-availability architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex Azure environments.
Skills
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure
- Azure Solutions Architect.
- Azure DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform).
- Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with ITIL and incident/change management processes.
