Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst service to evaluate and optimize the use of approximately 25 applications supporting the Communication Domain.
- This role requires an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to compare current application usage with enterprise plans, aiming to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing application landscape (approximately 25 applications) supporting the Communication Domain:
- Create inventory of available application functionalities;
- Create inventory of user demographics in business roles & actors;
- assess usage patterns.
- Analyze business requirements
- Analyze potential TO-BE scenario’s
- Identify potential areas for consolidation or optimization
- Support the Product organization in deploying the chosen scenario
