Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in translating business needs into concrete IT solutions and clear instructions. You ensure that ideas, concepts and regulations from the business are converted into workable documents. You will work closely with colleagues from security and the Service & Continuity team, and support them in the areas of tooling, data classification and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Analyzing our processes related to security and ITSM and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collecting, interpreting and documenting business needs in both Dutch and French.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate and help translate needs into concrete solutions.
- You translate input from stakeholders into clear work instructions and documentation.
- You support the implementation of new processes and rules, also outside the ICT department.
- You contribute to the design and optimization of ITSM processes by translating them into practical workflows and thinking along about the configuration of the ITSM tool. In doing so, you monitor the impact of changes and contribute to service-oriented metrics and dashboards
- You act as a bridge between business and IT and contribute to efficient collaboration.
- You think proactively and can convert half a sentence into a fully thought-out document.
- You ensure that the documentation is in order as soon as a task is completed
- You have at least five years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- You have an excellent knowledge of both Dutch and French, both orally and in writing.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- You have a proactive attitude and ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results.
- You have notions of service management and/or ITIL.
- You work independently, in a structured way and think along with the team.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various
