Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in HR Reporting (QM4) with expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and support HR reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between HR business users and IT for reporting needs within SAP HR (ECC & S/4HANA).
- Analyze, design, and implement reporting solutions within QM4 (Quality Management for HR data) and related HR modules.
- Translate HR data requirements into technical specifications and robust SAP reporting solutions.
- Support and improve standard and custom SAP HR reports (including Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query, SAP HCM Reports, etc.).
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and visualization for HR KPIs, dashboards, and compliance reports.
- Ensure proper integration and data flow between SAP ECC and S/4HANA for HR reporting.
