Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team, responsible for analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes across various functions.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments to identify challenges, recommend process optimizations, and implement improvements.
- This role requires expertise in process mapping methodologies, low-code development, and workshop facilitation to drive business process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping and analysis across business functions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements to improve business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and implement modifications for optimization.
- Lead and facilitate workshops focused on business process enhancements.
- Perform small-scale Low-Code development tasks to support process automation initiatives.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including procedures and work instructions for improved processes.
- Manage complex process improvement projects in coordination with the Process Automation team and business units.
- Lead and support the implementation of 5S (6S) methodology in office environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.

- Strong workshop facilitation and project management skills.
