We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with expertise in NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline distribution systems.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration and compliance across GDSs, airline IT platforms, and NDC content aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements related to NDC and airline distribution systems.
- Work with NDC aggregated content platforms such as Seco, Cytric, and various web services.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure system alignment.
- Validate and test XML/JSON API payloads using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
- Monitor integration compliance with GDSs and airline IT systems.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced Agile environment using project management tools.
- Report, track, and analyze software defects in JIRA, including root cause identification.
- Deliver clear documentation, presentations, and training sessions to internal teams and external clients.
