Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial systems, data analysis, and a background in engineering or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in financial consulting, bid assurance, and strategic decision support, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and translate them into system and process improvements.
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for high-value deals and projects.
- Evaluate and optimize financial governance frameworks and risk management processes.
- Support bid teams with financial risk assessments and contract evaluations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business units to ensure alignment of systems and data strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and tools, including ERP and CRM platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial consulting, business analysis, or bid assurance (10+ years).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Siebel CRM).
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments is a strong asset.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch and Arabic are a plus.
- Degree in Marketing Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
